GV II

House in row. C19 facade, to possibly earlier building.
Rendered and colourwashed, double Roman clay tiled roof with
abutment to east, coped gable to west, brick chimney stack.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 3 bays. Plinth, end pilasters, cornice,
plain parapet. Plain sash windows in moulded architraves, the
lower bay window set to right to accommodate entrance, a
6-panel door under rectangular fanlight having flanking
pilasters, plain entablature and moulded flat hood. Enamel
street sign in frame under sill of first floor bay 3 window,
late C20 hanging sign between bays 2 and 3.
