with front boundary wall

GV II

House at end of row. Early C19. Pebbledash rendering
colourwashed, double roof with Welsh slates between coped
gables, brick chimney stacks. Double depth plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, single bay to street, with entrance on
east side. Plain 4-pane sash window to each floor of street
elevation. Side elevation double-gabled, with two windows to
each gable at first floor level and one to each gable at
ground floor level, the lower windows to the north gable being
a 3-light small-pane steel casement window instead of a sash
window. Entrance on right of the south gable, with a 2-panel
door under a flat timber hood set on wrought-iron brackets.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: extending eastwards from the south-east
corner of the house is a short length of matching walling with
flat coping and an upsweep, in which is set a boarded gate in
a recess.
