House, now offices. Early/mid C19 facade to earlier property.
Roughcast rendered, hipped Welsh slate roof behind tall
parapet. Right-angle plan.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, single bay. Shop front across whole of
ground floor, probably late C20 but in a C19 style, of 3 bays
with recessed doorway in centre. First floor has a 12-pane
sash window in plain surround, and second floor a 2-light
casement window with toplight.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
