Beam Bridge

Road bridge over the River Corve. Circa 1811. Designed and built by John Smallman. Tooled finished ashlar and stone rubble. Single arch span with single ring of stone voussoirs. Ashlar parapet with splayed approach walls, and rounded copings. Stone rubble spandrels.
