House. Early C19, with C20 alterations. Brick front with stone
rubble to rear. Hipped old plain-tiled roof. Central brick
ridge stack and integral eaves stack to side. L shaped plan
incorporating front range and hipped rear wing.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys. 3-storey, 2-window range with openings
with painted stone lintels with raised moulded keyblocks now
with C20 fenestration inserted at upper floors and 8/8 sashes
at ground level. C20 glazed door in C19 opening to left. Rear:
brick segmental-arched openings to lower floors with sashes
now replaced by C20 fenestration. C20 altered top-storey
windows. Central door with C20 alterations.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
