House. Late C18-early C19. Brick, with stone rubble to right
side and rear. Hipped slate roof, with plain-tiled gabled rear
range. 2 brick end stacks each side, with those to the rear
each with a pair of diagonal shafts.
EXTERIOR: front 3-storey range with 2-storey rear extension
range. Front is a 3-storey, 3-window range of 6/6 sashes to
ground and first floors, and 3/3 sashes at second floor, all
with brick segmental arches. Plain central doorway with
panelled reveals and pair of C20 glazed doors with top-light
protected by a later projecting gabled trellis porch.
Rear: 3-gabled and 4-window mid C19 extension range projecting
from stone rear wall of front range. 2-light casements with
brick segmental arches with metal perimeter glazing bars, with
2 C20 replacement casements at ground floor. Central brick
projecting gable at first floor supported on brick piers over
boarded back door with glazed panel.
