Farmhouse. Early C17 with later alterations. Timber-framed
with painted brick infill panels, brick additions. Plain-tile
roofs, partly old tile. Brick ridge stacks to rear. Main 2
framed-bay range with parallel rear extensions and
single-storey end extension.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attic. East front with square framing
4 panels high with pair of straight braces each end. Single
3-light casement at first floor, C19 canted 3-light bay window
below with tiled pentice roof. 2-light casement to right.
Right return gable with C20 casement, cambered tie beam and
gable-end truss brick-infilled and with single casement. Brick
gable end to left.
Brick single-storey gabled extension bay to right, with plain
boarded doorway and 2-light casement with brick segmental
lintel on right return end.
Rear: framed rear range largely underbuilt in brick. 3-light
casement at first floor. Plain boarded door with leaded
2-light casement to left, both with segmental lintels at
ground floor.
Brick single-storey gabled extension to left with single
2-light casement with brick segmental lintel.
