House. C17 with C20 extensions. Timber-frame with painted
brick infill panels. Painted brick to extensions. Thatched
roof. Central brick ridge chimney with cogged brick
oversailling course at cap. Single framed bay with extension
bay at end.
EXTERIOR: single storey and attic. Front to north with, to
left, a framed bay with casement set in square-framing 3
panels high. Brick extension bay in centre with projecting
thatched and glazed entrance porch. C20 lean-to extension to
right. Rear: framed bay to right with large square framing
partly underbuilt in brick. Brick bay to left. 4-light
casement and 2 C20 casements. 4-light attic casement to each
bay set under eyebrow eaves in thatch.
INTERIOR: deep chamfered bridging beam and cross bridging
beam, with ogee chamfer stops.
