Farmhouse, now house. Mid C18 with C20 alterations. Watershot,
narrow coursed millstone grit with ashlar dressings, stone
slate roof and 2 end stacks.
EXTERIOR: 2 storey. Front has 3 windows. Central doorway with
round headed rusticated door surround flanked single 3-light
flush mullion windows. Above central 2-light window with
mullion removed flanked by single 3-light flush mullion
windows. Windows to right have deeper openings.
Left return has range of adjoining outbuildings.
Right return has inserted window under narrow lintel to first
floor. Rear elevation has slight outshut to parlour side with
narrow 8-pane staircase window, originally longer, and ground
floor 3-light mullioned window. C20 uPVC glazing to all
windows.
"GP" graffiti carved in left hand door architrave.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
