Stables and living accommodation, with pigeon loft to gable
end, now shippon. Early C19 with late C19 extension.
Irregularly coursed millstone grit, tooled ashlar dressings,
stone slate roof and stone stack. Welsh slate roof to single
storey extension.
EXTERIOR: 2 storey. Quoins. Street front has doorway to left
with plank door and flush ashlar surround. Above 2 taking-in
doors deep set in flush ashlar surrounds and to right single
plain sash.
Left gable return has blocked doorway with wooden lintel and
triangular coped pigeon loft entry with 3 rows of triangular
openings.
Right return has single window range, with single 16-pane
sashes to each floor, that to ground floor possibly a later
insert. A single storey extension abuts at right angles with
C19 plank door and ashlar lintel, and window to right.
Rear elevation has wide entrance with original plank door
hinged to fold vertically and wooden footboard, flanked by
single boarded window openings in flush ashlar surrounds,
beyond to right single doorway with plank door and stone ledge
to front. Unbroken blank walling to extreme left. Upper floor
also blank.
INTERIOR: has partitioned wooden stalls with above hay loft
with sink-mows to stalls. Keeping place to right end.
