House. c1700 with C20 alterations and rear extension. Coursed
millstone grit with tooled ashlar dressings and stone slate
roof. Gable end stack and rear wall stack.
PLAN: single-unit.
EXTERIOR: 2 storey. Street front has single window range, with
doorway to right with C20 door and to left single 4-light
window in flush ashlar surround, above similar 4-light window
at eaves level, both windows have 6-pane C20 casements. Quoins
to left.
Left return has single blocked 2-light window to each floor.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
