Pair of houses. c1830 with C20 alteration. Red brick with roof
of black-glazed pantiles and 2 ridge stacks.
EXTERIOR: 2-storeys: each house has 2-window front with
doorway to right. Doors are of 6 panels with fretted
overlights, No.12 with glazed top panels. First floor window
over door to No.12 altered to tile-hung projecting oriel on
arched braces, fitted with C20 casement. Otherwise windows are
6/6 unhorned sashes with gauged skewback arches. Dentilled
eaves cornice.
