Attached house. Mid C18. Colourwashed render to coursed rubble
limestone walls, gabled pantile roof with gable end brick
stacks.
PLAN: double-depth plan.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey; 2-window range. Symmetrical facade with
central doorway. Windows are 12-pane sashes set in plain
reveals with sills. 4-panel door in plain opening with flat
hood on brackets.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
The building forms part of a row which steps downhill to the
south-east and has group value with Nos 12 and 14 (qqv).
