Attached house. Late C18 with late C19 alterations. Rubble,
formerly rendered, ashlar dressings to bay and copings,
pantile roof with north end rendered stack.
PLAN: double-depth plan.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey; 1-window range. East front has a late C19
canted bay rising through both storeys to blocking course with
plate-glass sashes with single central glazing bars, segmental
incisions over window heads, vermiculated keystones and sunk
octagonal panels. Doorway to left with similar keystone
decoration and flat hood on brackets; multi-paned C20 door.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms a group with adjacent No.90, The New Inn, Bath Hill and
with No.4 Wells Way (qqv).
