Estate farmhouse. Mid C19 in appearance, probably a
remodelling of a C17 house. Rendered walls; dry slate roof on
2 levels with projecting eaves and verges; brick end stacks
and central rear lateral stack. 3-room plan
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attic. 5-window range, the 3-window
range on the right as a symmetrical composition around a
central doorway with earl-mid C19 16-pane hornless sashes and
6-panel door with fielded panels within a simple late C19 open
wooden porch with diagonal boarding to the sides. Slightly
recessed range on the left has C20 casement window over old
3-light casement window with 15 panes per light.
