Small house. Probably C18. Rendered cob; water-reed thatched
roof with hip on the left and brick stack on the right. Small
plan, probably 2 ground-floor rooms plus later lean-to on the
right.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2-window range. C20 casements in original
square openings; glazed door to doorway towards left. Position
of ground and 1st-floor windows to left-hand return suggest
that there is an unheated room (with small chamber above)
behind the entrance hall.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
