House. Probably C18. Brick, the front stuccoed; slate roof,
gabled at ends; stack with brick stack.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. 3-window front. Good pilastered C18
doorcase to ground floor right with 6-panel door. All windows
are C20 timber one over one-pane sashes, probably in original
embrasures. Tripartite window to ground floor left with C20
one-light window alongside. 2 first-floor sashes with a round
window over the front door.
INTERIOR: not inspected but may be of interest.
HISTORY: adjacent to and probably historically associated with
a very good early C18 house, No.61 (qv).
