House. Early/mid C19. Solid rendered walls. Tiled roof. Red
brick chimney on each end wall. 2 storeys. 4-window range, the
4th window in a lean-to at right-hand end, its front set back
at an angle from that of the main building. Centre
round-arched doorway with recessed surround; recessed,
4-panelled door, the upper panels glazed. Flanking it are 2
wide windows with 6-paned sashes having margin-panes.
Upper-storey windows have 8-paned sashes, except that those in
the lean-to are 6-paned. INTERIOR not inspected.
The house abuts Bull House in Bull Hill (qv).
