Monument to Thomas Force, Dulwich Old Burial Ground

Large stone slab. Dated 1827. Set on a low base and surrounded
by tall railings with 2 levels of spearheads. Marked K on
plan, located to right of entrance gates, just west of
Thompson tomb.
The burial ground, which was consecrated in 1616, was unusual
in not being adjacent to any church or chapel.
The monuments form a group with the C18 gates, walls and
railings to Dulwich Old Burial Ground (qv).
