Terrace of 3 houses. 1853-56. Yellow brick with slate mansards
with dormers behind coped parapet.
2 storeys, attic and basement, 2 bays each. Banded stucco
rustication to ground floor. Steps up to square-headed,
pedimented doorways with proud panels to architraves; recessed
4-panelled doors with oblong overlights. Sash windows with
margin lights, those to ground floor with stucco cornices and
bracketed sills, those to 1st floor with stucco eared and
shouldered architraves.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: cast-iron area railings with spearhead
standards.
Nos 1-32 (consec) Merrick Square (qqv) form a group.
