Warehouse, converted to residential use. c1850-60, rebuilt
1980s. Brick.
Rebuilt symmetrical 5-bay front to street, raised to 5 storeys
with truncated coped pediment gable containing 2 oculi above
stepped brick cornice; replica of original with round-arched
central hatch rank and segmental-headed windows to 1st, 2nd
and 3rd floors in round-arched recesses. Totally rebuilt
behind facade and separated from new (replica) dockside block
by courtyard.
INTERIOR: rebuilt.
Part of Vogans Mill complex, originally a split pea mill.
Forms a group with the whole range of warehouses in Mill
Street (qqv).
