Warehouse and mill. Mid C19. Brick in Flemish bond. Roof
parapeted; to rear in slate.
5 storeys and 6-window range, ranges 2 and 4 hoist bays and
1st-floor of range 5. Entrances to 1st- and 4th-window ranges.
Wall plates to all floors. All openings segmental-arched
unless otherwise noted.
2-storey annexe to north, one-window range, stepping down to
single-storey shed of 2-window range before terminating in gap
to yard. South return of 3-window range, the 2nd and 3rd
floors of centre range blocked.
North-facing elevation to yard has a gable with
segmental-arched hoist bay to east face; north elevation of
same has a hoist bay. 4-storey range projects furthest north,
its west return of 2-window range with hoist bay; hoist bay to
right on gabled 4-storey wing to rear or west of site. The
bridge linking top floor with No.12 (qv) is not of special
interest.
