Planned terrace of houses. Mid C19. Stucco with stucco detail;
dry slate or asbestos slate roofs behind parapets with moulded
cornices; stuccoed stacks over party walls. Double-depth plan,
each house with 1 room at the front and there are paired
entrance halls.
3 storeys plus attics; 2-window range. Original hornless
sashes where original and doorways with overlights and
panelled doors. Original stucco detail includes: rusticated
quoins at end of terrace and rustication to segmental-arched
ground-floor windows; pilastered pairs of doorways with
moulded entablature; moulded sill strings and moulded eared
architraves to upper floors, those to 1st floor with
pulvinated friezes and moulded cornices above.
INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to be of interest.
