Planned terrace of small houses. Mid C19. Stucco with stucco
detail; asbestos slate roofs behind stuccoed parapet with
moulded cornice; 5 roof dormers, 4 with hipped roofs; brick
end stacks. Double-depth plan, each house with 1 room at the
front and entrance hall on its right.
2 storeys plus attic; overall 4-window range with mid-floor
band and central houses broken forward. Original 12-pane
hornless sashes except for horned copies to house on left, and
2 with pilastered doorways, all with moulded hoods on brackets
and panelled doors.
INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to be as unaltered as the
exterior.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: stuccoed forecourt walls extend to meet
low plinth walls extending across front with spear-headed
railings and gates.
