Warehouse on wharf. Stone inscribed "W. S. 1842". Coursed
Plymouth limestone rubble with dressed voussoirs to segmental
arches; half-hipped dry slate roof end on to the wharf. Deep
plan.
5 storeys; symmetrical 2-window front with doorways to
ground-floor openings and tall opening over wider central door
with loading doorway to each of the upper floors. C20 2-light
casement windows and old ledged doors; weatherboarding between
floors to loading bay, some glazing to 1st and 2nd floors, and
there is a steel loading bracket to right of upper loading
doorway.
INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to retain original floors
and roof structure.
