Warehouse on wharf. Early-mid C19, converted to flats early
1970's. Plymouth limestone rubble with segmental brick arches
over the openings. Rectangular plan.
3 storeys; 2:1:2-bay front with central former loading
doorways and hoist boom above. C20 fenestration to all
openings 1st floor upwards; 4 ground floor doorways with
ledged doors.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
