House in row. Mid C19. Dressed and coursed Plymouth limestone
with courses of random height; roof not visible behind moulded
limestone parapet; dressed stone end stacks. Double-depth plan
with probably 2 rooms at the front flanking a central entrance
hall.
3 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Original 12-pane
hornless sashes within plain stone architraves; sill string to
1st floor. Central doorway with pair of C20 3-panel doors.
INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to be of interest.
