House at end of terrace in planned square. Mid C19 added to
terrace of c1815 by John Foulston. Stucco with mid-floor
bands; dry slate roof, hipped on the left; rendered stack on
the right. Double-depth plan with front room on the right and
entrance hall on the left.
3 storeys over basement; 2-window range. Segmental arches over
original 12-pane hornless sashes. Tall narrow doorway on the
left with tall overlight and panelled door.
INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to be of interest.
Later in date than this planned square but in harmony with the
original design. Included for group value with Nos 19-28
(consec) (qv).
