Approx 3m to road with all buttresses at regular intervals; the southern section and the return to Moorend Road (approx 30m long) is lower, about 1.5m. The wall forms a long (approx 130m) and sinuous boundary on the west side of Newcourt Road. On the west side of the wall, about opposite the south wing of Court House an inscribed stone has been built in which bears early C18 dates and Whithorne names (local landowners).
