Drive pier. c1820-50, with later restorations. Stucco over
brick with incised anthemion motifs to panels, chamfered
angles and moulded capping surmounted by draped urn. Forms a
significant streetscape group with Pair of Drive Piers to
Centre, and Pair of Drive Piers to North of Carriage Sweep
(qqv).
A significant streetscape feature, forming an integral part of
the setting for Nos 96-104 (even), Bath Road (qqv).
