Pair of houses. c1820-50. Stucco over brick with concealed
roofs and brick party-wall stacks.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 8 first-floor windows (4 per house).
Stucco detailing includes plinth; first- and second-floor
bands; central breakforward to 2 windows have shallow arches
through ground- and first-floors over entrances on pilasters;
crowning continuous frieze and cornice. First floor has
casement windows; second floor has four 2/2 sashes and 4
blocked openings; ground floor has three 1/1 sashes otherwise
3 French windows with overlights. Central entrances have
6-panel doors (that to left part-glazed) with fanlights (that
to right with decorative glazing).
INTERIOR: not inspected.
