Cottage, now attached wing of No.22 (qv). Probably early-mid
C17, altered, with further alterations and repairs 1973.
Square-panelled timber-framing with part-painted and
part-rendered brick nogging. Plain tile roof with full dormer.
EXTERIOR: Single storey and attic, the upper floor jettied and
lower than the 1st floor of the adjacent house rear wing. On
ground floor, 2 replacement 6/6-pane casements set within
frame divisions. Further rear extension.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
