House, now 2. Early C19, probably divided mid-C19. Red brick
in Flemish bond. Plain tile roof with painted dogtooth eaves
and brick end stacks.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys. 3-window range, on 1st floor of 8/8
sashes with narrow glazing bars and painted channelled
voussoirs, keystones and sills. 2nd floor: two 3/6 sashes with
painted lintels and sills flanking central 4/4 sash in
surround as below. Ground floor: similar 8/8 sashes; central
door of 8 fielded panels below Y-traceried fanlight in
architrave which has pilasters carrying entablature with open
pediment; on left, moulded doorcase with plank door giving
access to rear.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
HISTORICAL NOTE: formerly a barge owner's premises.
