GV II

House. 2nd half C18 with late-C19 alterations. Red brick in
Flemish bond. Plain tile roof with painted brick dentilled
eaves and brick end-stacks.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and cellar; 2-window range. 2nd floor:
boxed 4-pane sashes below gauged brick flat arches with
painted keystones and sills. 1st floor: similar, taller,
window to right; on left, two-storey canted bay-window with
pitched lead roof and plate glass sashes in moulded surrounds.
Ground floor: central remodelled doorcase with bracketed hood,
overlight, and renewed 6-panel door; to right, carriage
entrance has double plank doors with iron spikes; painted
stone plinth, with cellar grille on left. Rear wing.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
