House, now bank. Early C19 with later alterations. Red brick
in Flemish bond. Plain tile roof with eaves band and brick end
stacks.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; 3-window range. Sill bands. Windows are
sashes with painted channelled voussoirs and keystones, on 2nd
floor of 4/8 panes flanking central 3/6 sash; on 1st floor 8/8
panes flank central 6/6 sash; on ground floor plate glass
flank central doorcase. This has Classical architrave with 3/4
Doric columns, entablature and open dentilled pediment;
decorative fanlight; panelled reveals; C20 6-panel door; 3
replacement stone steps with nosings; and iron handrails.
Painted moulded plinth.
