House now offices. Early C19, altered. Red brick, with some
yellow, in Flemish bond. Plain tile roof with brick dogtooth
eaves and shared end stacks. Central staircase plan.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and cellar. 3-window range, on 1st floor
of two 8/8 and central 6/6 boxed sashes with painted
channelled voussoirs, keystones, and sills; above are similar
smaller 4/4 and central 3/3 sashes; ground floor has 2 similar
8/8 sashes. Central doorcase has Classical architrave with
pilasters and open pediment; Gothick-traceried fanlight;
6-panel door;and stone step. Rendered plinth with cellar
grille.
