Terrace of 3 houses. c1820-30 with later additions and
alterations. Stucco over brick with concealed roof and brick
and stucco party-wall stacks. Double depth plan with right
side hallways; service ranges to rear; double pitch roof.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys 5 first-floor windows. 8/8 sashes, with
alternate blind windows to first floor, all in plain reveals
and with sills. Entrances, each to right: C20 doors, with
overlights with margin-lights where original.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
A well preserved artisan terrace, retaining its original
features.
