House, now shop and flat. c1820-50 with C20 ground-floor shop
front. Ashlar over brick, concealed roof and iron balconies.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. First-floor band,
crowning entablature. 1/1 sashes in plain reveals and with
sills. Entrance: a glazed door to left, with plate-glass
window to right.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES; first-floor balconies have scrolled
lozenge motif.
Forms the rear of No.2 Albion Street (qv).
