First-floor band, crowning entablature. 1/1 sashes in plain reveals and with sills. Entrance: a glazed door to left, with plate-glass window to right. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES; first-floor balconies have scrolled lozenge motif. Forms the rear of No.2 Albion Street (qv). (Chatwin A: Cheltenham's Ornamental Ironwork: Cheltenham: 1975-1984: 34).
