House. c1810-30. Ashlar over brick with concealed roof, 3
stucco over brick and ridge stacks and cast- and wrought-iron
balconies and railings.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys on basement, 3 first-floor windows. 6/6
sashes throughout in plain reveals and with sills. Entrance to
left: steps to distyle Doric porch with engaged pilasters,
frieze, cornice and blocking course, within a 5-fielded-panel
door (upper panels raised and fielded, lower panel flush) with
sidelights and fanlight with batwing and circle glazing.
Basement has 8/8 sash and panelled door with overlight with
margin-lights.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: ground-floor balconies have elongated
scroll motif and central scrolled lozenge. Area railings and
gate have scrolled lozenge motif.
