Villa. Early C19; later extension and restoration. Whitewashed
roughcast brick with fully glazed porch extension; shallow
pitched hipped slate roof with wide boarded eaves and stuccoed
stacks.
EXTERIOR: ground floor and half basement; 3-bay fronts.
Entrance front has added lean-to porch in centre of half
basement: door to porch and front door within are half-glazed:
flanking windows are recessed unequal small-pane sashes.
Ground floor windows are paired Gothick glazed lights beneath
label-stopped hoodmoulds.
Rear: ground floor centre bay occupied by trellised verandah
and flanked by 2-light windows as on entrance front.
Left return: single light Gothick glazed staircase window.
Right return: ground floor fronted by trellised verandah.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
