Villa, now flats. c1820-50 with later additions and
alterations. Stucco over brick with hipped slate roof, 2 left
end stuccoed stacks and cast-iron balconies.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys on basement, 3 first-floor windows with
2-storey entrance bay set back at right and single-storey
range to rear. Ground floor has tall round-arched windows with
2/2 sashes and 6-pane French window at right; first floor has
6/6 sashes, all in tooled architraves. Basement has 1/1
sashes. Entrance: flight of renewed steps to 6-fielded-panel
double doors with fanlight and tooled architrave. Wide eaves.
2-storey feature with balustrades to ground and first floors
and posts and frieze between, with ornate panels,
Single-storey range at left has 1/1 sashes. Right return has
6/6 and round-arched sashes, first-floor band.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
