Villa, now hotel. c1820-50. Stucco over brick with hipped
slate roof.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys on basement, 3 first-floor windows. Stucco
detailing includes full-height fluted Ionic pilasters clasping
angles and between windows. 6/6 sashes where original (to
returns and rear), otherwise mainly 1/1 horned sashes, all in
plain reveals and with sills. First-floor band. Central solid
porch with 2 pairs of Ionic columns, frieze, cornice and
blocking course, part-glazed door with overlight, round-arched
windows to sides. Wide eaves. Right return has full-height bow
and similar stucco detailing.
