House. c1830. Red brick with ashlar plinth and Welsh slate
roof.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys over basement, 3-window range with central
entrance up steps. Ashlar plinth, 1st-floor sillband, plain
frieze and moulded gutter cornice. 8-panelled door with
wrought-iron traceried overlight in architrave with half
columns with fluted capitals. 15-pane sash windows flank the
doorway, and upper windows are 12-pane sashes, all with flat
arched gauged brick heads. Moulded wood eaves cornice. Stack
on right-hand gable.
