House, now in use as offices. c1830. Render over brick with
Welsh slate roof.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys over basement, 2-window range with
entrance to right. Doorway has architrave with half columns
with fluted capitals. Semicircular segmental bay window to its
left with six similar columns, frieze cornice and parapet with
upstands. Two 2-pane sash windows above, and a dormer window
in the roof. End wall stack. Parallel rear range of greater
height.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms a group with Nos 22 & 22A (qv).
