Former Turkish Baths

Turkish baths, now offices. 1891, closed as baths in 1980.
Brick with terracotta dressings and hipped slate roof. 2
storeys,
EXTERIOR: 3-window range with advanced central bay housing
entrance. Segmentally arched doorway between bulbous pilasters
with low relief scrollwork, carrying entablature. Flanking
windows are segmentally arched with stressed voussoirs and
round-headed mullioned and transomed lights. Oriel window
above the entrance, mullioned and transomed, with lettering in
low relief in apron. 3-light mullioned and transomed windows
each side. Terracotta eaves cornice and parapet with
balustraded panels.
