Offices. Dated 1865. Brick with stone dressings and slate
roof.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 7-window range with central entrance.
Polished granite shafts to architrave, and stressed voussoirs
to segmental arch of doorway, entablature hood with shallow
pediment carrying date over. Segmentally arched windows with
stressed stone voussoirs linked by string course, and
modillion cornice above ground floor. Round arched upper
windows, also with stressed stone voussoirs linked by
continuous deep modillion string course. Strongly projecting
modillion eaves cornice.
