House, now commercial. Mid C19. Grey brick, with
stucco dressings and hipped slate roof with 2 side wall
stacks. Plinth, first and second floor bands, bracketed eaves.
3 storeys, 3 bays. 3 plain sashes to ground floor, with
pilaster surrounds. Above, 3 glazing-bar sashes with cornices
and eared architraves. Full width cast-iron balcony on
brackets. Above again, 3 smaller glazing-bar sashes with eared
architraves. West side has an off-centre porch with clasping
pilasters and a triple sash. Plain doorway to right.
INTERIOR has enriched cornices and dogleg stair with landing
and winder, turned newels, ramped and scrolled handrail.
