House now offices. Late C18, altered C20. Rendered brick,
slate roof, gable stacks in Gault brick.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 4-bay front with moulded eaves cornice.
To ground floor a C20 shop front and plain planked doorway
giving access to ferrybridge steps. To 1st floor 4 glazing bar
sashes. To 2nd floor 4 similar slightly smaller windows. The
left-hand bay is a narrow link over the passageway, not
covered by the main roof.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms a group with No.34 (qv) and Nos 36-39 (qv) Market Place.
