House and railings. c1830 with minor C20 alterations. Red
brick in Flemish bond, painted stucco dressings, concrete
tiled roof with 2 brick gable stacks.
EXTERIOR: 2 storey, 3-bay front, the front bay slightly
advanced, with panelled door having bordered overlight, in
plain pilastered surround with narrow hood. Flanked by single
glazing bar sashes. To 1st floor 3 smaller glazing bar sashes.
All windows have flat wedge stucco lintels.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: to the front of the property 2 pedestrian
gates and an iron screen of looped railings.
