House. Circa 1840. Granite rubble with large granite quoins and lintels. Slate hipped roof with overhanging eaves. Side stacks with brick shafts.
PLAN: Double-depth plan with central entrance.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attic. Symmetrical 3-bay east front; 4-pane sash windows and central doorway with rectangular overlight and late C20 door. South side has 4-pane sashes and external stairs to glazed first floor door.
